Appointments

Please arrive on time so we can provide you with the full service experience. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in the forfeit of your deposit or shortened service time.

Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand by the quality of our services. If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact us within 3 days so we can assess and provide a complimentary repair where appropriate. Damage caused by everyday wear, neglect, or external impact is not covered under our guarantee.

Health & Safety

Please inform our technicians of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in every service and reserve the right to refuse treatment if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic.

Courtesy & Conduct

We aim to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for both clients and staff. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Payments & Vouchers

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
