Nailzone Gift Card

All Nailzone Gift Card sales are final.

 

Because gift cards hold stored value and can be redeemed immediately, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind once the purchase has been completed.

Nailzone Gift Cards are physical cards available for in-store collection only.

 

After completing your purchase, you may collect your gift card from either of our locations:

 

• Nailzone Penrith

• Nailzone Hurstville

 

Please present proof of purchase (email confirmation, order number, AND photo ID) at the time of collection.

Gift cards will be held securely for you until collected.

Nailzone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

If the card has not been redeemed, we may be able to assist with reissuing—proof of purchase is required.

1. General

• Nailzone Gift Cards are issued by Nailzone and can be redeemed only at Nailzone Penrith and Nailzone Hurstville.
• Purchasing or using a Gift Card means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

 

2. Value & Expiry

• Gift Cards are sold in $50 increments.
• Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, extended, or refunded.

 

3. Redemption

• Gift Cards can be redeemed for any salon service at Nailzone.
• No partial redemptions — the full value must be used in one visit. Any unused value is forfeited.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used as credit.
• If the service cost is higher than the card value, the difference must be paid at the appointment.

 

4. Collection & Ownership

• Gift Cards are physical cards and must be collected in-store.
• Customers must show proof of purchase to collect their card.
• Once collected, the card becomes the customer’s responsibility.
• Nailzone is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards after collection.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• All Gift Card sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• Refunds are only considered for genuine purchase errors (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect amount issued).
• Refunds for valid errors will be returned to the original payment method.

 

6. Booking & Usage Conditions

• Possessing a Gift Card does not guarantee appointment availability – bookings must be made online or by phone.
• The physical card must be presented at the appointment to redeem value.
• Standard Nailzone cancellation and no-show policies apply.
• Gift Cards cannot be used for late cancellation fees, no-show fees, or retail product purchases unless stated otherwise.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Cards are not replaceable without valid proof of purchase and verification that the card has not been redeemed.
• Nailzone may, at its discretion, reissue a card only if it has never been used.
• Damaged cards may be replaced if the card number can be verified.

 

8. Fraud & Misuse

• Nailzone may refuse redemption or cancel a Gift Card if misuse, tampering, or fraud is suspected.
• Any unauthorised alteration of value or card details will result in cancellation without refund.

 

9. Liability

• Nailzone is not responsible for:
– lost, stolen, or damaged cards after collection
– unauthorised use
– delays caused by technical issues
• To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Nailzone’s liability is limited to replacing a valid, unused card.

 

10. Amendments

• Nailzone may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
